PSW Requirements
Personal Support Worker (PSW) Requirements are as follows:
- Current vulnerable sector screening check
- screening must indicate no convictions (negative) in order to be hired
- Immunization Record
- (proof of immunity required in certain workplace settings)
- blood titers must accompany the immunization record
- Proof of current Two Step TB Test
- Influenza Vaccine
- Secondary school transcript OR current resume OR a list of jobs you held along with dates of employment
- CPR/First Aid Certification
