PSW Requirements
- Current vulnerable sector screening check
- screening must indicate no convictions (negative) in order to be hired
- Immunization Record
- proof of immunity required in certain workplace settings
- blood titers must accompany the immunization record
- Proof of current Two Step TB Test
- Influenza Vaccine
- CV/Resume
- CPR/First Aid Certification
