We believe in continuity of care and client satisfaction. In order to accomplish this we strive to match our clients with a suitable support worker; however, the few times that support worker is unavailable we ensure our clients treatment plan is uninterrupted by sending out another well-suited PSW.

At VIVO Home Health Care Services prospective PSW candidates are carefully vetted to ensure that they meet PSW requirements. All our PSW’s undergo routine vulnerable sector checks and are in good standing. Additionally, our PSW’s are required to have up to date vaccinations, immunization and be First Aid and CPR certified.

We put a great deal of importance on employing PSW’s that carry organizational values. In-depth onboarding has enabled us to choose personal support workers who are hard-working and compassionate. It is our priority for our clients to feel comfortable with their PSW’s.
